Iron Mountain Kingsford Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk returns on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2025, starting at 9:30 a.m. at Northern Lights YMCA, 800 Crystal Lake Blvd #110, Iron Mountain, MI. Celebrate the holiday with friends and family before the big feast at this fun and festive community race. Participants can enjoy a scenic neighborhood course, upbeat music, and post-run celebration. Every runner receives a long-sleeve shirt, and for 2025, finisher medals are brand new!
Awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers, along with the top three youth (12 and under). The event also includes a Turkey Raffle and prizes for the best Turkey Day spirit, plus free pie giveaways. Walkers, runners, families, and even friendly dogs are all welcome. Packet pickup is race morning from 8:00–9:15 a.m. at Northern Lights YMCA.
