Fortune Lake provides exactly what Junior High campers need: adventure, challenge, acceptance, and time to grapple with deep questions of faith in the midst of having fun! The Venturer program is for campers who have completed grades 7-8 and runs July 6-11.
Venturers lodge in our duplex cabins that contain in-cabin bathrooms and a comfortable space to gather as a group. Campers especially enjoy time with old and new friends and cabin leaders who love to hang out with them! They live it up with a whole week of campfires (which they’ll help to lead), games, and beach fun. A tent or hammock camping adventure solidifies the bonds within the cabin group and provides all sorts of great stories to bring home.

For families with children of different ages, check out Villager (completed grades 3-4) or Vagabonds (completed grades 5-6) which run simultaneously.
