Free ORV Weekend gives riders the opportunity to explore Michigan’s designated off-road vehicle routes without an ORV license or trail permit. Iron County visitors can take advantage of nearby ORV trails and forest routes while enjoying a summer weekend in the Northwoods. All standard ORV rules and safety regulations still apply. During this special June weekend, Michigan waives the Recreation Passport requirement for entry to state parks and boating access sites.
